Paul Cornish

Paul Cornish is a leading authority on security and cyber issues. He is chief strategist at Cityforum Public Policy Analysis Ltd., a member of the GLOBSEC Policy Institute, the European Cybersecurity Forum in Kraków, and the Programme Committee of CYBERSEC. He has conducted extensive research at Oxford, University College London, and the Australian National University's National Security College. He served in the British Army and as an arms control analyst in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Paul was educated at the University of St Andrews, London School of Economics, Cambridge, and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He has held senior appointments at Chatham House, the UK Defence Academy, the Centre for Defence Studies at King's College London, the RAND Corporation, and the Universities of Cambridge, Bath, and Exeter.

Caitríona Heinl

Caitríona Heinl is an internationally recognized expert in international security cyber issues. She held fellowships where she worked closely with government and industry at NTU Singapore from 2012 to 2018 within the RSIS Centre of Excellence for National Security and Nanyang Business School. She held non-resident fellowships at the Leiden University Institute of Security and Global Affairs and the ASPI International Cyber Policy Centre. At the Institute of International and European Affairs, Ireland, she was responsible for justice and home affairs research. She is a member of Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs Foreign Policy Network.
Caitríona holds degrees from UCD and the University of Innsbruck, the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice and Cambridge University (MPhil International Relations).

Elaine Korzak

Elaine Korzak

Strategist

Elaine Korzak is an expert in international cybersecurity and law. Her experience ranges from working in international institutions such as NATO to advising national governments and non-profit organizations.
Her research focuses on cyber capacity-building, export control regimes, norms and international law in cyberspace, as well as international cybersecurity negotiations. She is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and an Affiliate at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University.
Elaine holds a PhD and an MA from the Department of War Studies at King's College London, as well as an LL.M in Public International Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Joanna Świątkowska

Joanna Świątkowska

Strategist

Joanna Świątkowska is a new, leading authority on cybersecurity, especially in Eastern Europe (listed on New Europe 100 Emerging technology stars 2017). She is the program director of the European Cybersecurity Forum, senior research fellow of the Kosciuszko Institute, and an assistant professor at the Pedagogical University in Kraków.
From 2016 to 2017 she was a member of the Advisory Group for Cybersecurity of the Republic of Poland working within the Polish Presidential National Bureau of Security (NBS), and in 2016 she took part in the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP) on Cybersecurity and Government Interoperability. In 2015, she founded the European Cybersecurity Journal, a quarterly publication dedicated to strategic, policy and management-related aspects of the topic (led as Chief Editor until 2018).
She participated in the Sino-European Cyber Dialogue held in Geneva and Beijing in 2014. She holds a PhD in the field of Political Science.

Brady Genz

Brady Genz

Brady Genz is an information technology specialist and cyber intelligence analyst for the Department of the Army, focused on the impact of emerging cyber technologies on Army missions at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
He has earned numerous information security certifications in penetration testing, reverse engineering, control systems security, and computer forensics. He served for 23 years in the US Army Reserve as a communications specialist and military intelligence officer. He is a commercial pilot, aviation mechanic, and flight instructor.
Brady graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Computer Science & Mathematics and an MS in General Engineering, focused on software engineering for complex systems.
